Our Mission……
…...Two Fish & Five Loaves Pantry has been establish since 2008. Through one on one community outreach to the homeless and poverty stricken we have seen the need to increase our goals and vision of our pantry. Our mission is not only to feed the hungry & poverty stricken, but provide services for those individuals desiring a higher education, ( GED Program) health awareness & HIV education, properly finding job solutions, and placement opportunity. Our vision is large and on a global scale.
We as Two Fish & Five Loaves have the faith needed to feed the world & rescue those that are in a strange environment back to a place of fulfillment, purpose, & hope. Where there is pain and lack in others, Two fish & Five loaves pantry feels that same hurt. We together as a community can help those who are in need in these difficult economic times and provide not only food, but opportunity & guidance. This is who we are.

Two Fish & Five Loaves Pantry of Mecklenburg County has been providing services to the community for nearly seven years. We are are a non-profit provider of food to those in need in Mecklenburg County and surrounding areas. We provide food to individuals each month. Of those we serve approximately 67% are families with children and 12% are senior citizens.
Last year, we provided food to those in need through our local ministry. As a leader in the community, we go beyond food assistance and operate community nutrition.
Two Fish & Five Loaves Pantry is a certified member of Second Harvest Food Bank and Society of St. Andrew, which are networks of food banks and food distribution programs in the United States. Such relationships allows Two Fish & Five Loaves Pantry to cooperate with other member food banks to receive food from corporate donors and to benefit from national publicity and mutual support
